We provide cognitive behavioral therapy for adults and children of all ages. We work through common issues such as anxiety, depression, as well as serious issues as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is a form of talk therapy that aims to treat various mental health conditions including depression, anxiety disorders, addiction problems, marital problems, eating disorders, and severe mental illness. CBT focuses on challenging and changing cognitive distortions (such as thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes) and their associated behaviors to improve emotional regulation and develop personal coping strategies that target solving current problems.

It’s for anyone who experiences the emotions of life from a variety of circumstances: stressful careers, challenging family dynamics, and anxiety.

Currently, we are virtual-only, but we plan to open in-person offices across New Jersey, starting with Monmouth County.

We will reach out to understand your preferences. From there, we send an Intake Form for you to fill out for our clinicians to get an idea of how to approach your case.
Pricing
Mental Health Comprehensive Assessment $140
During your first session, your clinician will look to discover underlying stressors, issues and diagnoses. This will help inform of the clinician of how best to help you.
Follow Up Sessions (45 min) $120
You will set up reoccurring appointments with your clinician. Unique to your case, there will be a plan outlined for you and the clinician to work towards.
